One of the oldest and in architectural terms most precious houses in Šumperk, with elements of medieval architecture. In the 2nd half of the 17th century, the time of the "witch trials", it was in the possession of the bravest victims - the Peschke family. The most important structural alterations in the spirit of late-Baroque and neo-Classical styles were undertaken by the knights of Tersch, adding arcades with sandstone Tuscan columns in the front, a shingled mansard roof and windows decorated with chambranles. The house is known by the name of the last private owner, Alois Geschader. The latest extensive renovation was completed in 1995.

During the course of the inquisition's trials of suspected witches in the 2nd half of the 17th century, it was the property of the inquisition's boldest victims, the Peschke family.
