A burgher house with Baroque and neo-Classical vaulting and a neo-Classical façade facing the square. Part of the Renaissance portal has survived. Reconstructions and additions of storeys with historicising neo-Classical adaptations of the façade were carried out in 1879-90. The ground-floor commercial space was refurbished in the 20th century. Restoration of decorative paintings on the passageway vaults from the last third of the 19th century was completed in 2013. The ornamentation lines the edges of the vault sections, with ochre areas and two plant rosettes inside the framing.
