Tower of the Holy Spirit

Late Romanesque tower, of the mid-13th century, is the oldest surviving structure in Telč.

Mid-13th century late Romanesque tower, the oldest preserved architectural monument in Telč. Its prismatic body is built from large neatly worked ashlars. The space inside the tower has always been open, the storeys divided only by wooden ceilings on beams. Originally a watchtower, it is now used as a lookout tower during the tourist season.
