The Municipal Gallery was opened in July 1995 after major reconstruction of the tower of the Gothic Church of the Assumption, one of the most valuable monuments in Planá. A total area of 60 sq. m on the 1st, 2nd and 4th storeys can be used for exhibitions. The tower is 48 m tall and has a lookout gallery.
