Built in 1710-1712, with the use of some structural elements and sculptures from its predecessor on the façade, e.g. the stone statues of St Peter and Paul. Its interior has undergone several alterations, the largest at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, the latest in 2001. Flanking the main entrance are Renaissance tombstones of Bedřich and Bartoloměj of Žerotín dating from 1568. In 2008 the church received a new organ, the work of the outstanding Czech organ builder Václav Smolka, which ranks among the gems of the region in terms of its size and authorship.
