The four-level brick warehouse with a mansard roof, proposed for inclusion in the world heritage list, was built in 1913 for prominent hops merchant Vinzenz Zuleger by architect and builder Johann Salomon. The ground and first floor premises serve residential and administrative purposes, the sulphur chamber is situated on the warehouse western wall. The present owner of the warehouse is the Chmelařství (hop growing) cooperative in Žatec.
