The six-storey authentic well-preserved warehouse from 1913 (designed by architects Fuchs and Kolbe) is entered through an ornamental gate. Adjoining it on the north-east side is a sulphur chamber with a stack. The complete packaging equipment including presses comes from 1964. The warehouse, currently not in use, is owned by the Chmelařství cooperative in Žatec. The building is proposed for inclusion in the world heritage list.
