Monument will be open: 12.9.2021 from 9:00 to 17:00 hours

Český Šternberk Castle is once again taking part in the European Heritage Days. The castle will be open as usually, but the youngest (children under 15) can visit it for free.

For those interested, a guided walk around the castle surroundings is prepared from 14:00, during which visitors will expand their knowledge of the castle and the Šternberk manor, walk around the Baroque statues and discover interesting views of the castle.

Extraordinarily, the private chapel of St. George on the south terrace of the castle will be open to the public. Throughout the day, those interested can take a look at the small private chapel and enjoy the views of the surrounding area.

The guided tour is free for children, adults pay 100 CZK.

St. George's Chapel is opened free of charge.
