The two-storey town house with a wooden courtyard gallery and mansard roof has a Jewish open-hearth kitchen with two hearths for the separate preparation of meat and dairy meals.

Originally built as a residential home with a shop, the house served its purpose till the end of World War II. It now houses the Joachim Loewidt Wine Cellar and Pension, named after the oldest documented owner (according to documents from 1825 and 1826 found during the reconstruction). 

Now used as a restaurant and pension
